Debora's Story

Professionalism, a deep understanding of customer service and a strong work ethic drive me to be the successful agent you need. I have a diverse background in Real Estate that includes Residential Lending, Underwriting and REO Asset Management. Over the course of my career, I have led many sales and operational teams and I recognize that every individual has their own set of needs and perceptions. I make it my goal to understand, listen and anticipate the needs of my clients. With years of experience in the business world, I have honed important skills in collaboration, negotiation and communication. I am not afraid to tackle difficult transactions and am a strategic thinker with proven integrity, commitment and a drive to successfully deliver for my clients. 

 

Working in the real estate business is an engaging and rewarding career and I feel so lucky to be a part of it!

My family connections to the Monterey Peninsula date back to the 1950’s. My grandparents owned an antique store on Cannery Row and my parents bought a home here in the seventies.  As a child I lived in Africa, grew up in Europe but came to Pacific Grove to finish up high school. Though my professional life has taken me to many places, the Peninsula has always pulled me back.  I feel lucky to have traveled the world and I feel my experiences helped shape the person I am today:  adaptable, open minded, caring, with a deep love of family and community.

  • Responsible for 4,600 team home sales from September of 2011-June 2014 (Wells Fargo Bank)

  • Diverse market exposure, in-depth understanding of bank owned properties & extensive understanding of the lending process
