Median Sales prices fell in June year over year. July 2025 - $957,500. July 2024 - $902,000.
Sales volume has increased year over year but fell from the prior month. Snapshot of July 2025-$278,466,949 compared to July 2024 - $251,682,547.
Price reductions continue with some frequency. June sales price to original list price was 94.9%.
Average Days on Market for July sales was 55 days, up from a year ago when it was 46 days.
