I wonder what the student loan payoff is for a graduate degree? Depending on salaries and cost of living, saving $10,000 for many can be difficult. Are children moving back home after college to save money, pay off their bills and save for a house? Are more parents able to give young home buyers assistance with a down payment? In California, rents are high and mortgages even higher so reaching these goals can be a challenge. Anyway....interesting information.
