As we all know, we live in an expensive state and home buyers experience first hand how hard it is to buy a home. Unfortunately, monthly payment for an entry-level home is on the rise and the Bay Area tops the list of highest increases.
The table below from John Burns Real Estate Consulting shows monthly housing costs for an entry-level home in March 2018 as well as the increase over the last year.
